Launch Your Own Cleaning Business - Manchester

Turn a low-cost idea into a real business with the credentials to back it up.

Looking for a business you can start without huge start-up costs? Cleaning is one of the most accessible routes into entrepreneurship low overheads, fast client acquisition, and demand that never goes away.

Our fully accredited Launch Your Own Cleaning Business programme gives you everything you need to turn that opportunity into a business of your own.

You'll learn how to price and structure your services, build a brand people trust, and use social media to attract and retain paying clients. Alongside the business training, you'll gain:

  • AQA accreditation

  • Level 2 Health & Safety

  • Manual Handling

  • BICSc accreditation — covering chemical competence, safe assembly and care of equipment, and safe storage of materials

You'll leave with the credentials, industry knowledge and confidence to start trading, generate income, and build a business that can grow.

Academy of Success has teamed up with the London Borough of Bexley, BBE and Bexleyheath BID to bring you Trade Ready™ Bexleyheath.

 

If you're 18–30, based in the London Borough of Bexley, and you've always wanted to start your own business but didn't know where to begin  this one's for you.

 

Trade Ready™ is a six-week, hands-on business start-up programme. We take you from "I've got an idea" to "I've got a business"  step by step.

Maybe you've had something brewing for months. Maybe you've got a skill or a passion you know people would pay for. Or maybe you just know you want to work for yourself and need someone to show you how.

That's exactly what Trade Ready™ is built for.

 

Over six weeks, we'll help you shape your idea, build your brand, and get ready to sell. Then this is the part people love you'll actually trade your business at Bexleyheath Market for four weeks.

We'll help you get clear on what you're selling, who it's for, and how to turn it into something people will genuinely pay for.

Once you've completed the six weeks, you'll take everything you've built and trade it live at Bexleyheath Market, over four Fridays:

Accepted? We'll send everything you need to prepare for your first session on 5 October 2026.
